| Back in the 90's, a
bunch of odd, strange and relatively funny people came together to write, produce and create two
bizarre TV shows - combining vicious raw comedy with cutting edge music.
The shows were "Kill Them With Comedy" and "The
Rave"
Both shows were originally aired on public access shows throughout the country. Later, tattered VHS copies were passed hand to hand like valuable antiquities until they crumbled into shreds in the innards of some VCR. The magic moment passed, the creators, the directors, writers and actors moved on to important things like making money and raising families. Some went to jail, some OD'd. Some become politicians and insurance salesman. Recently some of their material has resurfaced. As a public service, Internet Video Magazine is slowly digitizing and putting these videos up on the web. Check it out - the best of "The Rave" and the best of "Kill Them With Comedy". |
